Account deletion

Crayon Plants (クレヨンプランツ), made by Takaki Takemura, has no sign-up. The only data about you on our server is what Friends keeps. This page explains how to delete it.

Delete it in the app

1. Open the Friends tab.
2. Open the menu at the top of the tab, and choose "Leave friends".
3. Confirm with "Leave friends".

It is deleted from our server at once.

Can't use the app? Ask us by email

Write to support@crayonpets.com with "Delete my Crayon Plants friends data" and your friend code (shown in the Friends tab, under "Your code"). We delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your nickname and your friend code
• Your list of friends (and you, from your friends' lists)
• Your home as the app sent it (rooms, furniture, and your plants' names, kinds, drawings and moods)
• Visits to your home, with the stamps left, and the visits you paid to friends' homes
• The hash of the key the app made on your device

Make it from a photo has no account: our server keeps only a hash of a random device ID with the day's count, and deletes it automatically after 3 days.

What stays on your device

Your plants, waterings, care logs, albums' photos, rooms and settings were never sent to us: they stay on your device. To remove them from the device too, delete the app.
