Reminders don't arrive

Allow notifications for Crayon Plants in the iPhone's Settings › Notifications › Crayon Plants. In the app, check that "Tell me on watering days" is on and the time is right (Menu › Settings). Reminders are set four weeks ahead each time you open the app, so open it now and then.

Getting Pro and the café set back

Pro and the café set are bought once. On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling the app, open Menu › Settings › Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account.

Photo tickets

Photo tickets don't expire, and one is used only when you save a plant made from a photo. They are kept in the app on your iPhone. If you delete the app, the tickets left can't be restored ("Restore purchase" is for Pro and the café set).

Moving plants

Hold a plant down (long-press) to pick it up, then let it go anywhere on the floor, or on a table, a shelf or a plant stand. In the Decorate tab, furniture moves the same way.

Friends

In the Friends tab, choose a nickname to get your own code. Send or copy your code to a friend, or enter a friend's code under "A friend's code" and tap "Be friends": you become friends both ways (up to 50 friends). To stop being friends with someone, tap ⋯ beside their name. To leave Friends altogether, open the menu at the top of the Friends tab and choose "Leave friends": your nickname, code, rooms and friends are deleted from our server (see Account deletion).

Apple Watch

Install the watch app from the Watch app on your iPhone (My Watch › Available Apps › Crayon Plants › Install). Your plants come from the iPhone: if the watch shows none yet, open Crayon Plants on the iPhone.
